A: We are conveniently located at level 1, 296 Dominion Rd Mt Eden, Upstairs from the ASB, and next-door to Valentine's restaurant. Please click here for a map. 
   
Q: What are your hours of opening?
A: We are open 10.00am to 7.00pm Monday to Friday (last appointment at 6pm). 10am to 4.00pm Saturdays (last appointment at 3pm). Please ensure you make a booking for appointments after 5pm Mon – Fri & after 2 pm Saturdays. Closed Sundays & public holidays.   
  
Q: How much is each session?
A: Our prices start from as little as $30.00 for a 40-minute treatment. Please refer to our rates page.
   
Q:  Do you offer discounts for regular clients?
A: Happily! Our concession cards offer instant discounts for regular treatments on our Thermal Massage tables. eg 3 treatment concession cards for $75.00, and 10 treatment concession cards for $200.00. We also offer this therapy to pensioners & students for only $15.00 (Gold card & student ID are required).

Or you can take one of our loyalty cards, and pay as you go on the casual rate. Every 5th massage is free! That's 5 Thermal Massages for just $120.00.

Please ask one of our helpful staff, and they will happily set you up with a loyalty card. 
   
Q:  I’m would like to lose some weight. Will this help?
A: Absolutely! 2-3 treatments every week, ideally combined with a good diet and plenty of fresh good quality water, will help you experience gentle and natural weight loss, quickly and stress free!
   
Q: I have chronic back problems; can I use your tables?
A: Many regular users of our tables have seen great improvement in back conditions & relief from long term pain, however please feel free to discuss your personal needs with our friendly staff.
If you have specific concerns or for serious conditions, please consult your GP or health professional.
 
Q: Is there a maximum or minimum age for using this equipment?
A: There is no suggested maximum age limit. We would recommend that the minimum age be approximately 10 years. However please feel free to discuss individual cases with our staff.
   
Q: How long are treatments?
A: Our standard treatments are 40 minutes, however shorter or longer treatments are available on request.
   
Q: Where is the nearest parking?
A: Outside the front door.
   
Q: Do I have to take my clothes off?
A: Not at all! Our Thermal Massage treatments are all done fully clothed. However, it is recommended that you wear lighter clothing for a treatment, as thicker materials such as jeans may reduce the effectiveness of the Far Infrared light. For hands on treatments it is generally necessary to disrobe so that the therapist can work on the body however we respect  your personal preferences & will ensure you are feeling comfortable & safe at all times. Please discuss any concerns directly with our staff & your therapist before treatment begins.
  
Q: What if I am pregnant?
A: We strongly recommend you wait until after the birth, when this massage would be great for recovery and great for losing unwanted pounds gained during the pregnancy.
